Performer Dominic Finley is bringing his show Hot August Night and me; a Neil Diamond Story to begin a tour of regional Victorian locations throughout August.

The theatre show is a celebration of Diamond’s greatest hits and one of the world’s iconic albums, paying homage to one of the most loved performers and songwriters on the planet.

Finley and backing band The Diamantes will perform the Hot August Night album in its entirety, as well as other Diamond classics.

They delight their audiences with stunning renditions of Sweet Caroline, I Am…I Said, Song Sung Blue, Crunchy Granola Suite and many more.

The show also tells interesting stories about how the songs were created, and of Diamond’s dark journey from struggling Brooklyn poet to globally beloved performer.

Finley described himself as a “Diamond head” who has read every book there is about the American singer-songwriter.

“I was always a fan; he was what inspired me to become a musician at a young age,” he said.
